Newly ordained and licensed lay readers in Initial Ministerial Education, Phase 2, shared a day-long workshop with Bridge Builders on ‘Handling Conflict Constructively: An Introduction to Conflict and Peace-making’, organised by SEI’s IME2 Officer, the Rev Liz Crumlish, on Wednesday 20 November 2024.
The workshop was held at St John the Baptist Church in Perth. It was ably led by Rupert Ward. Topics included ‘Exploring Conflict’, ‘Leadership & Systems’ and ‘Curious Communication’. The day, including fellowship and conviviality, was bookended by petitionary prayer for peace.
