Very Rev Dr Stephen Holmes

The Rev Dr Stephen Holmes is Provost of St Ninian’s Cathedral, Perth, and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. Educated at the Universities of St Andrews, Cambridge (Corpus Christi) and the Pontifical University of Maynooth, he has taught at the University of Edinburgh and the Maryvale Institute. Stephen has published a number of books and articles on theology and Scottish and ecclesiastical history including 'Sacred Signs: The Interpretation of Worship in Reformation Scotland' (OUP).
