Bishop Andrew is the Convener of the Council of the Scottish Episcopal Institute, the body which acts as the Governing Body of SEI. The Institute Council has responsibility for all aspects of the work of SEI, reporting to the Standing Committee of the General Synod. Bishop Andrew is the Bishop of the Diocese of Brechin, centred in Dundee in the northeast of Scotland, and has served in that role since 2018.
