Rev Canon Elaine Garman


The Rev Canon Elaine Garman is in her second term as a member of the Institute Council. She is an Assistant Priest of St Andrew’s Church, St Andrews and a Canon Emeritus of the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane. Elaine is Convenor of the Diocesan Environment Group and the Lay Ministries Group.
