Rev Canon Elaine Garman


The Rev Canon Elaine Garman is the Chaplain of the Scottish Episcopal Institute as well as a Member of the Institute Council (until General Synod 2026). She is an Assistant Priest at St Andrew’s Church, St Andrews, and a Canon Emeritus of St Ninian's Cathedral, Perth. Elaine is Convener of the Diocesan Environment Group and the Lay Ministries Group, both in the Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld and Dunblane.
