Dr Andrew Mein

Dr Andrew Mein is the Director of Research at the Queen’s Foundation, Birmingham. An Old Testament/Hebrew Bible scholar by training, he taught at Cambridge, Durham and St Andrews before taking up his post at Queens. His main research interests move between the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament in its ancient contexts and the later reception and interpretation of biblical texts. He is a Senior Editor of the St Andrews Encyclopaedia of Theology, and an editor of the Wiley-Blackwell Bible Commentaries and of Bloomsbury T&T Clark’s Scriptural Traces.
