As the Institute Administrator, Carolyn White acts as Personal Assistant to the Principal of the Scottish Episcopal Institute and Administrative Assistant to the Provincial Director of Ordinands. Alongside these duties, Carolyn supports residential weekends, finance administration, and general administrative support for the Scottish Episcopal Institute. Carolyn is originally from Edinburgh. She has however lived in various places including England, Poland, Germany, Wales and appreciates learning about other cultures. Her roles in administration have included working for other theological institutions and also in hospice settings. She has a bachelor's and a master's degree in theology and particularly enjoyed focusing on animal theology in her dissertation. She is often to be found around dogs!
