‘Congregation‘ is the term used by Durham University for graduation and the conferral of degrees and awards. At Durham’s Epiphany term Congregation, on Thursday 9 January 2025, three SEI students were in attendance: the Rev Dr Jenny Holden (right), the Rev Maureen Farquhar (centre) and the Rev Peter Woodifield (right).
Maureen was graduated with the BA (Hons) in Theology, Ministry and Mission. Jenny and Peter were graduated with the MA in Theology, Ministry and Mission. As SEI began offering the Master’s Programme just four years ago, Jenny and Peter are the first cohort of SEI MA graduates and pioneers in SEI’s offering of postgraduate degrees and awards validated by Durham via the Common Awards scheme.
